I would be happy to share rate information with you over the telephone, or by email. My regular rate is the same for each person, and I also have a sliding scale option based on income (on a limited basis).
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am currently contracted with the following insurance companies as a "Preferred Provider:"

Out of Network:
You may wish to work with a preferred provider instead, as it will cost more to work with an Out of Network provider. You can also ask your ins. co. for a "Single Case Agreement" if you have tried to find an in-network provider over a period of time without success. If approved, you would pay the same rates as if I were a preferred provider. If you want to see me as an "Out of Network" provider, I am happy to send your ins. co. a document to process your claim, and my billing service will help you receive your money; however, I would ask that you pay for the session at the time of the session (later to be reimbursed by your ins. co).
With companies I am not preferred with, I would be happy to apply with your insurance company as an "Out of Network Provider," if you have this benefit. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- Does my ins. co. have certain limits?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Again, please check to see if they allow "Out of Network Providers, " and if they do, ask if you have a seperate deductable. That means you would have to pay that amount until it has been paid.
Reduced Fee
I'm happy to discuss what special arrangements I may be able to offer. This is referred to as a scholarship arrangement, and is based on income and need.
Payment
Checks or cash is preferred. With agreement, I can also accept major credit cards. There is a convenience fee for card use
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance (with a couple of exceptions), you will be required to pay a special fee.
