Hi
I know we've never met before, but I want you to know I'd like to get to know you, get to know who you really are.
We could meet for a first session to get to know each other, and see what you think.
You can be the one to ask me the questions - if you want. I will need to ask a couple of things, but I can ask most of them
a little later.
We can talk, play Minecraft, other computer games, draw, paint, listen to music, use clay, listen to songs you like. Be real. There's always a way to relate things you like to feeling better and figuring things out.
I will do my best to create a safe place for you. In time, if you would find it helpful, we can talk about a few ways to connect with parent(s) and family members in a way that you would find hopeful, because I believe we are all part of a system, and knowing more about this system can make us strong. I understand that safety of heart and mind is really important here. You decide the pace and how you want to go about this. I may offer ideas, but I see
you in
the driver's seat .
